Levels & XP

What defines us be that to ourselves or to other. One approach that could be used is a labeling people into categories based on class, XP equivalent to the Pokemon world. In this post I explore what would happen if such a model was used.

If the model was used it would need to break up the human experience (XP) into discrete set of package which relate to socially agreed acheivement/characteristics (boosters/evaluations). Accumulating booster over time will improve the XP for the human. Particular characterstics have bonus points attached positivism, wealth etc

To demonstrate this model in practice I have shown the evolution path of the mispelt Charmanda and compared it to the evolution path of Joe Bloggs.
the An overly simplistic model of  of the Human Pokedex XP results that would be used to evaluate Joe Blogs is shown in the second diagram. Joe Bloggs has 4 boosters in his life time thus far.

Some observations on the model.

Pretty much all natural processes happen continuously not in discrete jumps as per below. So would using two Pokemon based mean focusing to much on evolving and not on appreciating the non-booster points of being Chameleon etc

Could the model be used to evaluate the path of the greatest XP ?

Could the model acacount for some of the manifestation of the confusion of self/ego etc. Could a everyone be trying to be Pikachu  ?

If everyone is using such model does it lead to increased labeling, preducing and judging and closedness of humans. How much more effort would be people be spending shrugging a label or confining to the stereotype of the model.

But yeh a society with social constructs is a bit unrealistic for the time being. One approach discussed in the Matrix is to complete detach one self from such constructs.
